We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, you will be issued a full-refund (excluding shipping costs). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We understand sometimes the item you buy isn't exactly what you had in mind, is maybe too big or too small or maybe you had a change of heart. For this reason, it is unlikely that we won't accept a return as long as it meets the requirements as mentioned above.

Please note that [perishable / discounted / limited edition] items are not eligible for return.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 5-10 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.
